Several weeks ago, someone on the Dave Ramsey Forum mentioned a site that links to the unclaimed property division of each state. So, I checked to see if hubby or I had any funds that had gone unclaimed.
Well, surprise, surprise!!! Hubby has $2,200 waiting for him in our state controller's unclaimed property clutches! Old, unclaimed funds from Prudential.
Unclaimed.org is a site that lets you click on your state to be taken directly to your state's unclaimed property division. It only takes a few seconds to do a search. You may have some long-forgotten funds waiting for you!
